FAQ
WE CAN PRINT FROM YOUR REMINDER FILE.
Your office management software should be able to print your reminder data file. Most office management software should allow you to export your reminder data to a text file, CSV or Excel file – check with your vendor. We can format any of these files to print your reminder postcards.
HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
Decide if you want to use a “stock” card or have a custom card designed for you. (There is NO additional charge for the custom design!) If you want to start with a “stock” card, select one from the sample page , email your logo file and we’ll incorporate that into the card. If you want to use a custom card, email all of your files to graphics@pawprintreminders.com. We’ll design the card and send you a PDF proof.
Write your reminder text and we’ll design the reminder side of the postcard.
MAY WE CHANGE THE PHOTOS ON THE CARD?
You may change the card design as often as you like. There is never an additional fee!
ANY HIDDEN FEES?
There are NO hidden fees. You simply pay for the number of reminders that you send.
CONTRACTS?
No long-term contracts. You may discontinue our service at any time.
HOW SOON MUST WE SEND OUR REMINDER FILE TO PAWPRINT?
We ask that you send you file 1 week prior to when you would like the cards to be mailed. However, many times we can have the reminders in the mail sooner. Please be aware that if you send less than 500 reminders (a quantity required by the Post Office) we combine your reminders with those from other clinics to meet the minimum number. This sometimes delays your mailing a few days until one or more clinics send their files to combine with yours.
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF REMINDER CARDS REQUIRED?
No! We do not require a minimum number of reminders to be sent. However, the Post Office has a minimum number requirement in order for Pawprint to submit a mailing. That minimum number is 500 "good" addresses. Since the average clinic will send less than 500 cards, we combine your mailing with the reminders from other clinics in order to meet the Post Office requirement. This can sometimes delay your mailing a few days as we wait for another clinic to submit their reminder file so that we may add it to yours.
